Phase 1: Foundation and Infrastructure Setup

  • Conduct in-depth research into decentralized GPU networks, federated learning, MPC (Multi-Party Computation), and ZKPs (Zero-Knowledge Proofs). Finalize the technical architecture and development plan.

  • Develop the underlying blockchain and smart contracts to support the Orbitalx ecosystem, focusing on security, scalability, and privacy protocols.

  • Build and test the software that will run on individual nodes, enabling them to contribute GPU power, handle local data processing, and communicate securely with the network.

  • Finalize the tokenomics model, including the staking mechanism, reward distribution, and transaction fee structure. Deploy the $ORB token on the blockchain.


Phase 2: Core Features and Protocol Integration

  • Implement Federated Learning across the network, allowing nodes to train AI models locally and share updates securely.

  • Integrate MPC into the network to enable collaborative model training without data exposure.

  • Develop and integrate ZKPs for verifying the correctness of computations without revealing sensitive data.

  • Build the orchestration layer to manage task distribution, resource allocation, and model aggregation across the network.


Phase 3: Testing and Optimization

  • Deploy a testnet to allow early adopters and developers to experiment with the network, providing valuable feedback on functionality and performance.

  • Conduct rigorous security audits of the smart contracts, node software, and privacy protocols to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.

  • Optimize the network for scalability, ensuring that it can handle an increasing number of nodes and AI training tasks without compromising performance.


Phase 4: Community Build

  • Launch community initiatives, including educational content, hackathons, and developer grants, to foster engagement and attract users to the network.

  • Establish partnerships with AI developers, data providers, and other blockchain projects to expand the ecosystem and increase $ORB token utility.

  • Roll out the decentralized governance framework, allowing $ORB token holders to participate in decision-making processes and propose network upgrades.


Phase 5: Mainnet Launch and Scaling

  • Launch the Orbitalx mainnet, enabling full-scale decentralized AI training with all core features and protocols in place.

  • Distribute $ORB tokens to early supporters, contributors, and community members. Implement the staking mechanism and begin reward distribution.

  • Focus on scaling the network by onboarding more nodes, attracting more users, and expanding partnerships. Continuously refine and optimize the network based on user feedback and evolving needs.


Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Introduce new features, such as advanced AI training algorithms, improved privacy protocols, and additional governance tools.

  • Provide continuous updates and improvements to the network based on community feedback, technological advancements, and market conditions.

  • Explore new opportunities for expanding Orbitalx’s impact in the AI and blockchain space, such as integrating with other decentralized technologies and expanding into new markets.
